1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@hottiehotcomb.com.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

MCI,LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Refund Policy

Return Window: 30 Days from Date of Delivery

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned due to manufacturer defect, only.
Unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns due to misuse or abnormal use will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items:

Used hair tools (for hygiene reasons), final sale items, and gift cards.
Damaged items due to misuse, abnormal use or accidents.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
